When fried, the corn tortilla becomes a puffy shell with a soft crisp which will make your taste buds go MMMM. You must be asking yourself, Where did they come up with this taco. Well, the recipe has been in our family for generations.just kidding. We came across the Puffy Taco while Mike went to college in San Antonio. So, when Mike came back home, he decided to bring a little taste of San Antonio to the Houston area. Thanks mike.
