Our story is more than being in the restaurant industry for over three decades. It's a story of service, relationships, creativity, hard work, faith, and family. And it begins with Nohemy (Mimi) and Ismael Gutierrez, who came before us to pave the way, as we hope to do for the next generations. It takes courage to leave the familiar, walk into the unknown and take risks. For the hope of a better future and love for our families, we've been more than willing to face our fears, dream bigger dreams, immigrate to America, be the first generation to pursue a higher education, and become entrepreneurs. Each turn in our journeys has been filled with surprises, obstacles, wins and losses. However, through our faith and support of family and friends we've maintained a fighting spirit.
